Same softness as our usual atta, but my whole family is finally hitting their protein without any powders.
Protein built
into the atta.
Whole wheat, soy, roasted sattu and oats — milled into one clean flour. Nothing in your kitchen changes except the numbers.

Your atta needs a protein upgrade
Indian homes eat brilliantly — just not enough protein. The average thali lands nowhere near what an adult actually needs, and no one wants to fix it with tubs of powder.
Against a ~60g daily requirement for an average adult.
One swap. Nothing else changes.
You do not add a step, a shake or a supplement. You change the flour in the dabba and the rest of the meal stays exactly as it is.
4× the protein
12g per roti against roughly 3g from ordinary atta — a full 30g in every 100g.
Whole food, not chemistry
Wheat, soy, sattu and oats. No maida, no colours, no flavours, no preservatives.
Rotis that still puff
Soft dough, familiar taste, same tawa. Works for parathas, cheelas and theplas too.
How many rotis does your family eat in a day?
Drag the slider. The protein difference is not marginal — it compounds across every meal, every day, for everyone at the table.
Approx. values, compared to a regular wheat atta roti of the same size.

Nothing hidden. Nothing filled in.
Five ingredients, in descending order, exactly as they appear on the pack.
Allergen info: contains wheat and soy.
Roughly 30g of protein, priced like a staple.
Protein should not be a luxury line item in the monthly budget.
Indicative pricing for comparison only.
Read the back label first.
Everything we claim on the front is printed on the back. Here it is, unedited.

One flour, the whole week's menu.

Kneads and cooks like your regular atta.
Take 1 cup (100g) Protta Protein Atta in a mixing bowl.
Add 55–60 ml water gradually while mixing.
Knead into a soft dough for 5–6 mins until smooth.
Cover and rest the dough for 15–20 mins for best results.
Make rotis and cook on medium heat until puffed.
Use warm water for softer rotis. Adjust water as needed.
Same rotis. Different numbers.
I was expecting dry, heavy rotis. They puff up beautifully and taste completely normal.
Replaced the atta, changed nothing else about our meals. That's the whole point for me.
Everything you'd ask us
A blend of whole wheat atta, defatted soy flour, roasted bengal gram (sattu), oat flour and vital wheat gluten — giving you 30g of protein per 100g while cooking exactly like regular atta.
No. Protta is built to taste and feel like your everyday roti. Most people cannot tell the difference; the dough is slightly softer and rests a little longer.
Approximately 12g of protein per roti and 30g per 100g of atta, along with all 9 essential amino acids.
Never. No maida, no artificial colours or flavours, and no preservatives.
Yes — it is a food, not a supplement. If anyone in the family has a medical condition, check with your doctor first.
It contains wheat and soy. It is not suitable for people with wheat, gluten or soy allergies.
In a cool, dry, hygienic place away from moisture and direct sunlight. Always use a dry spoon.
Best before 3 months from the date of packaging.
Change the flour. Change the meal.
One pack replaces the atta you already buy. Everything else in your kitchen stays exactly where it is.
